FAQ's 

How long do the balloons last?

Air filled bubble balloons can last a long time from weeks to even months if cared for correctly as per balloon after care instructions.

Helium filled balloons can last up to 2 weeks. (however this may vary)

How far in advance can I order?

It's never too early to order in advance! - Our Air filled bubbes can last a long time ( sometimes months) if cared for properly (see Balloon care T&C's for more information) 

How do I order?

Select a currently availible design from the online store, enter the details you'd like personalised and your preferred delivery date and leave the rest to us!

Do you deliver to me?

We deliver to UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands, Isles and ROI) using a Next Day Tracked and signed for service by Royal Mail

I'm local can I collect?

Yes collection my be arranged please contact me to dicuss.

Local Delivery can be arranged within 10 miles free  (on a pre- arranged time that suits both parties) - Please select Local Delivery when ordering ensuring to add a note in the personalised section, alternatively you can contact me via Phone,WhatsApp or Email to dicuss. 

What if i need a rush order?

At checkout you will be given an estimate time of arrival, however I will try to get these out as soonas possible if you have not let me know a prefrred delivery date, if the date yiu need by is before the delivery estimate please contact me before placing your order to check.

Can I request a custom gift?

Yes of course if you'd like to dicuss a custom order, where you can fully personalise to your requirements, colour preferences and I'll be more than happy to help and provide you with a custom quote, you can even send me your own items/gift and I can encapsulate them in a bubble to created a truly unique gift for the recipient.

Do you accept returns?

Due to all items being personalised and custom made they are exempt from the distance selling rules as each item is made to order, However we do accept returns for replacement or refund on items damaged in transit (which is out of my control) - as per our aftercare instructions please report this within 24 hours of receipt with photos and I will be happy to arrange a collection and send a replacement/ issue a refund once the item is returned and checked.
