Balloon After Care
Our air balloons are inflated are inflated at least 24- 48 hours prior to your collection/shipping date to check for any faults. Whilst we use the highest quality balloons and take every precaution necessary with your balloons to ensure they last, Once they are in your possession they are out of our control and become your responsibility.
. Please keep your balloons away from any heat or direct sunlight. Balloons expand in hot temperatures which can cause then to burst. Equally, very low temperatures can affect your balloons by temporarily deflating and can cause vinyl wording to warp. Balloons thrive at room temperature! Do not leave them in your car or near windows.
. Please handle your balloons with care as they are very delicate. Ensure they are kept away from any sharp objects.
. It is best to keep children away from balloons as they are not made to be played with (at least until it is no longer needed) Broken Balloons and their contents can be a chocking hazard so please ensure children are supervised around them at all times.
. Keep your balloons away from pets as they may become entangled in any ribbons, confetti or balloon materials. If the balloon bursts, clear away and broken balloons and it’s contents immediately.
. Most balloons are made of a natural rubber latex and may cause allergies. Please look out for symptoms incase of allergies and seek medical help immediately.
. Clear balloons oxidise and become cloudy when exposed to heat and sunshine. Coloured balloons will take on a Matt/velvety appearance.
. When removing baby clothing/soft toys etc from your balloon we may use fishing wire or modelling balloons to secure in your items. Please check and remove any wire or modelling balloons with a small pair of scissors taking care not to damage your item and discard in the bin.
. When disposing your balloons, cut them with a small pair of scissors. Remove any contents from the balloon you are wanting to keep but NEVER release them into the environment. Please dispose the remaining contents into a bin/ recycling.
Air Filled Balloons- If you take care of your balloon, it should last a long time - some bubbles can last weeks if not months - it is natural over a period of time that there will be some air released which may cause the vinyl to warp slightly.
Helium Balloons - Helium Filled Balloons will deflate over a shorter period of time than air filled and are more senstive to heat and cold conditions.

We highly recomend bringing your parcel indoors at keeping at room temperature as soon as it is received.
Any request for returns or damage report MUST be received within 24 hours of delivery.
Please open and check your delivery immediately and report any issues within 24 hours (any out of this timescale may not be upheld as I cannot guarantee the delivery has been cared for as per the aftercare instructions).
Please Do Not open your parcel with scissors or a sharp object as this can cause your balloon to burst.
If clothing or baby items are placed inside of balloons we may need to attach fishing wire or modelling balloons to your items to secure them. Without securing your items in this way may result in balloons bursting and items becoming loose.
Our balloons are fully tracked with Royal Mail next day delivery. Whilst we take every precaution to get your gift with you for your specific date ensuring we post a couple of days in advance of required date, unfortunately we cannot control in the rare instance that your parcel arrives late.
If your parcel becomes lost during shipping and have confirmation from Royal Mail we can offer a replacement or refund.
Each balloon will come with aftercare instructions. It is your responsibility to read and care for your balloon to ensure maximum longevity.
Returns
Due to the personalised nature of our items we can only offer returns for goods damaged in transit.
In the event your balloon becomes damaged during shipping we will ask for your parcel to be sent back to check for faults. We will cover the shipping costs and ask for damage photos along with a copy of proof of shipping receipt. If we are satisfied that no mishandling of balloons has occurred we can offer a replacement balloon or refund depending on the circumstances.
